What is the exact point of this topic? It's a little random to talk in English for no reason, I'm not saying it's not nice, but just a little random Anyways! Now that school starts, I have to speak English daily, since I go to an international school and I study 75% in English. Foreign teachers and other staff are.... interesting to begin with. My physics teacher is Indian. Oh lord, have mercy on me!!!!! Please let me have another teacher... please :F

When it comes to speaking English, I most definitely cannot understand why the articles are so hard for certain people. English is a very nice and an easy language to learn, and it is most certainly a good thing that it is taught in Finland as a mandatory subject. I am not getting my hopes too up, but it would be nice if one day - way ahead in the future, though - I could speak English as if it was my mothertongue.

I could not agree more with you! Math is extremely difficult and challenging, and I do not seem to have the energy to study hard enough. I, of course, should study more in order to succeed in the matriculation exam.

Word! But in my opinion English shouldn't be the.. how should I put it.. the ''best'' language to study. Because most Finns only speak Finnish, Swedish (cause they have to study it) and English. Why not take French, Spanish, German or Italian for example? I know it's hard work, but it's totally worth it! With languages you will get far in your life that's for sure!

I speak Finnish, Swedish, English (I'm quarter American from my dad's side), French, German, Spanish and Russian. My dream is to be able to work within the EU, and that requires the ability to be able to speak multiple languages.
